Collab manager and community builder who has carried three chains' worth of launches, from Sei's first punks to a DAO of pixel estates to HyperLiquid's earliest tools.
By day, a project lead. By night, the mind behind some of the earliest communities on Sei and HyperLiquid.
In the real world, I'm Walid - Moroccan, based in Poland, working as a Project Lead for a US petrol and oil company. I hold a Master's degree in Business Management, and everything I do in Web3 runs on the same discipline I apply there: manage people well, ship on time, and build something that outlasts the hype cycle.
I stepped into Web3 in 2022, and what started as minting and airdrop farming turned into something more serious once I understood the game was really about people. Since then I've worked as a collab manager, a community manager, and eventually a founder, carrying communities through launches on Solana, Sei, and HyperLiquid - including one, SeiPunks, where I ended up leading the community after the original team went quiet.
My reputation was built the hard way: by showing up, keeping communities intact when teams disappeared, and being trusted by the biggest holders on the chains I worked. That's the version of me this site is for.
Entered Web3 by minting and farming airdrops hard - mostly low-value NFTs at first. Small profits, but the real return was learning how the game actually worked from the ground up.
Came back sharper and rode the Solana mint hype wave. This is where profit, real experience, and the first serious connections started compounding.
Joined Sei early and became Collab Manager for SeiPunks, the first punks collection on the chain and a free mint. Worked directly with the team to secure post-mint collaboration spots, which is where the credibility really started - every major Sei holder ended up holding a SeiPunk.
When the original core team went quiet as Sei's hype cooled, I stepped up and took over managing the community myself - a hard climb, since you carry none of the authority of the original deployer but all of the responsibility to the holders.
Founded my first project: AgeOfEstates, a low-supply, free-mint collection of pixel-art estates, built to seed a genuine DAO community on Sei. Sei's collapse hit this project hard, and the capital and time invested took a real loss when the chain went quiet.
Moved to Poland and stepped back from active Web3 work for a year while rebuilding IRL. Necessary, but a deliberate pause rather than an exit.
Returned with CapyBros, a free-mint project co-built with an IRL friend and artist, aimed at breaking into a new community and shipping genuinely useful tools on HyperLiquid - including work on a staking platform built for the chain.
Not everything went smoothly - friction with the DripTrade team over collaboration and ownership of ideas slowed things down - but the project itself proved the model works: small team, real utility, community-first.
Sourcing, negotiating, and running cross-project collaborations that actually convert - from securing post-mint spots to structuring partnerships holders remember.
Keeping a community alive and trusting even when a core team disappears. Proven on Sei, where I inherited leadership mid-crisis and held the community together.
From AgeOfEstates to CapyBros - I've launched projects from zero, handled tokenomics-light free mints, and built the early scaffolding of a DAO.
A Master's in Business Management and a day job as a Project Lead in a US petrol and oil company means I run Web3 projects with the same accountability as an IRL P&L.
